Presentations must have the SUT logo in the upper left hand corner of each slide.  Sample slides available upon request.

After the abstract is approved by the SUT Committee, a date will be chosen and Norris Conference Center will be contacted for availability.

The committee and presenting company will be notified of the approved date.

An email announcement will be sent to the SUT database at least three weeks before the presentation.  A reminder email will be sent out one week before the presentation.

All registrations and communications will be handled by the SUT.
