SUT US Workshop Emerging Data and Models from the Gulf of Mexico
Emerging Data and Models from the Gulf of Mexico
The Group on Environmental Forces (GEF) from SUT-US introduces the Mexican Research Consortium for the Gulf of Mexico Project (CIGoM), established to define the Mexican baseline for the present-state of the greater ecosystem of the Gulf of Mexico, which will serve as a reference for future natural and anthropogenic threats.
 
CIGoM is the largest research project funded by the Mexican Science Foundation (CONACYT) and by Mexico’s Department of Energy (SENER).

SUT The Art of Whisky Tasting
The Art of Whisky Tasting
Come delight the flavors of Scotland's legendary drink, and enjoy an introductory presentation and a whisky sampling entitled, 'Unusual Whisky Finishes' by Dr. Craig Shipp, a Scotch whisky enthusiast and member of SUT.

In this tasting we’ll explore the tastes of less common cast finishes (e.g., port, rum, various wines, etc.) beyond the more typical aging of whisky in previous bourbon and sherry casts.

There are limited tasting seats available for this event, so registration in advance is required.
